Teresa was the most criminal of the Protectors. But she had the same offer as Alley Cat. Reform and Valkyria won't turn you in. An adrenaline rush is an adrenaline rush, regardless of whose side it's on. Three seconds later, and she was one of the good guys.

Teresa is the most damaged of the Protectors (barring Katie herself). Her brain keeps betraying her. We shall see what befalls her, and her colleagues, as time passes.
