Valkyria and Whysper

Valkyria and Whysper, partners. Katie Ashe and Stephanie Ashe, sisters. The Body and the Brain, balance.

The press jokingly calls them the Electric Grape and the Atomic Strawberry, because they're round, they're juicy, and they make a mess. Then, when they're the only things standing between the city of Parthenon and total disaster, the jokes stop. The cheering begins.

Katie and Stephanie bring a lot of fun to my table with their ineptitude and good natured bumbling. They're also meant to be fun characters. But I wanted to showcase them in a serious light for once, as the deliverers of fine high heeled footwear to the bared posteriors of evil.

This scene required three nights to finish. Luxrender is slow, especially with that much metal. But this one was worth it.
